J. Andrew Greenblatt
Mr. Greenblatt is a graduate of the George Washington
University, where he received his bachelors and masters degrees, as well
as a graduate of American University - Washington College of Law, from
which he holds a Law Degree. Mr. Greenblatt began his career in the
entertainment industry working with Film 101 Productions, during which
time Mr. Greenblatt was responsible for handling all of Film 101's
in-house legal matters and finances, including negotiating and drafting
contracts, managing operating and development costs, and assisting in
the locating and structuring of financing of projects, while also
assisting in the production aspect of the business.
In addition to his work with Film 101, Mr. Greenblatt serves as Co-Manager of Greenblatt Associates, LLC, a diversified investment fund, as part-owner and active management of Greenblatt Associates LP, a limited partnership that holds partial ownership in a variety of investments including venture funds, start-up companies and two restaurants in Philadelphia, and as legal advisor to several
start-up companies. Additionally, Mr. Greenblatt does various legal, business and financial investment consulting on projects throughout the entertainment industry as part of his role as Managing Director of OG Consulting.
Mr. Greenblatt's credits as Producer include: A Funny Thing Happened At The Quick Mart, The Outdoorsmen:Blood, Sweat and Beers, Sleepwalking Through the Mekong, The Boy Who Loved Hearses, Explicit IIlls,, and Last Cup: The Road to the World Series of Beer Pong. Mr. Greenblatt is also a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.
